• Simulation data, geometries, and job parameters you upload or create

We automatically collect:

• Usage data (job counts, compute time, feature usage)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process billing and payments
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invitations)
• To monitor and improve the Service
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-north-1). We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Simulation data is stored in Amazon S3 with server-side encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• AWS — cloud infrastructure and compute
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your simulation data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
