Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IonForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IonForge provides a cloud-based platform for charged particle optics simulation, including geometry editing, job execution, and result visualisation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Compute usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all simulation data, geometries, and results you create. IonForge retains ownership of the platform, software, and proprietary solver implementations.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IonForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
